The Laurelwood is a brand-new cabin built in 2024, tucked into a quiet neighborhood on the Big Sandy Basin of Kentucky Lake. It's a short 0.1-mile walk to the water, with Sunset Bay Marina and the public boat ramp just across the street. Small groups and couples get a lot of cabin for the size - high ceilings, modern finishes, and everything stocked and ready when you arrive.
Inside, the open floor plan runs from the fully equipped kitchen to the living room with a large smart TV. A private bedroom with a queen bed is on the main floor, and the loft upstairs sleeps two more on full beds - perfect for kids or a second couple. Outside, you've got a private fire pit, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table.
